Dylan Spencer joined DePass & Co. Attorneys-At-Law in November 2025.

He graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2023 and was awarded a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in 2025.
