The Firm of DePass & Co was founded in December 2018 by practice head, Peter DePass, who has over 25 years experience as a Commercial and Corporate Attorney. The Firm was founded with a view to expanding and improving upon the Law practice’s offerings, expertise and resources in the areas of Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate Law to its existing clients and Jamaica’s burgeoning business and commercial landscape.

DePass & Co is a commercially-focused Law Firm based in Kingston, Jamaica, providing a full complement of corporate and commercial legal services to local and international clients. Its pillars of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, Corporate Finance Law, Real Estate Law and Administration of Estates. Although independently focused on their particular areas of expertise, the Firm’s professionals work collectively for the benefit of its clients and the development of the Firm’s expertise.

LEGAL SECRETARY
Rosemarie Banton is the Firm’s Chief Legal Assistant with over 20 years’ experience in providing legal secretarial support to the firm’s Practice Head in preparing and finalizing the documentation required for work done for and on behalf of the firm’s clients across several practice areas. Mrs. Banton is a trained and certified paralegal and is a graduate of the Bishop Gibson High School for Girls.
RACQUEL PHILLIPS
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Racquel Phillips is responsible for the management and administration of the firm and has several years of experience in providing legal support to the firm’s corporate secretarial, compliance and governance practice areas. Ms. Phillips is a graduate of the University of the West Indies.
