PRACTICE HEAD

Peter Alexander DePass is an Attorney-At-Law practising in Kingston, Jamaica. He was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 1991 and graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) in 1988. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School (1990) and holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate & Commercial Law from University College London, University of London, 1991. Peter is the Registrar of the Diocese of Jamaica & the Cayman Islands and is Deputy Chairman of Nature Preservation Foundation. He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.

ALEX HAMILTON ROSE PARKES

Alex Hamilton Rose Parkes joined DePass & Co. Attorneys-At-Law in February of 2024.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School. He was admitted to practice in Jamaica in December 2022.

Alex currently works under the supervision of Peter DePass and will be undertaking work in the firm’s commercial law and conveyancing practice areas.
